Wen has over 25 years experience in building and construction of residential, commercial, healthcare, institution, industrial buildings and infrastructures. Wen has successfully undertaken project management and also design and has delivered many building projects, which included not only the development of new multi-storey buildings but also the upgrading of old buildings. Her expertise includes prestressed concrete, steelwork design, masonry and timber structures.
